4C’s Church exists to lead people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and to faithfully equip God’s people for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ. (Eph 4:11-16)

We are a local church rooted in the Word of God, prayer, discipleship, and genuine love for people. Our heart is to see people saved and transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Our Story

4C’s Church— the Crawford County Christian Center— was founded in April 1993 by Pastor Ray and Janie Piersall. This journey started earlier, when God gave Pastor Ray a grand vision in 1985—one that continues to unfold.

The original church facility—now referred to as 4C’s—includes about 10,000 square feet and underwent a major remodel in 1995. In the early 2000s, the church acquired an additional building on the south side, later becoming the Crawford County House of Prayer or CCHOP, which officially started in 2012.

The CCHOP exists as a place where believers gather to pray, intercede for Crawford County, and pursue unity within the Body of Christ. It is not a second campus, but a shared spiritual space focused on prayer and seeking God together.

Today, as 4C’s Church, we honor our foundation while continuing forward in faith, trusting God to finish what He started.

Our Pastors

Senior Pastors

Pastor Ray Piersall & Janie Piersall
Pastor Ray and Janie have faithfully stewarded the vision of 4C’s Church since its founding in 1993. They are deeply known for their love for people and their commitment to being present—personally and consistently—in the lives of those they serve.

Pastor Ray carries a strong anointing for one-on-one ministry, connecting people and walking closely with individuals through prayer, counsel, and spiritual guidance.

Janie faithfully meets many of the practical needs of the church, with a special passion for children’s ministry. With a background as a teacher, her creativity, dedication, and consistency have played a significant role in building and sustaining a strong kids’ ministry over the years.

Associate Senior Pastor

Pastor Don Williamson & Louise Williamson
Pastor Don and Louise serve as Associate Senior Pastors with true servant-hearted leadership. They have faithfully overseen the practical stewardship of the church facilities, including the care and maintenance of our well seasoned, almost historic 20,000-square-foot building. His diligence ensures that everything functions well, remains maintained, and is cared for with excellence.

Because of Don & Louise’s’ decade-long consistency in humility, faithfulness and deep genuine love for people, they have become spiritual parents for many at 4C’s.

Associate Senior Pastor

Pastor Dominik Bauer & Jen Bauer (Jen Bricker-Bauer)

Pastor Dominik grew up in Austria and came to know Jesus during a transformative season that coincided with meeting Jen in 2018. He was ordained as a Minister in California under Pastor Ric Perez.

Jen, born without legs, grew up in Oblong and started a career as an athlete. She later toured around the World as an aerialist and keynote speaker.

After getting married in 2019, Dominik and Jen started ministering together sharing their testimonies and preaching throughout Austria, Germany, the Philippines, and across the US. In 2020, they created a unique aerial ministry—Jen performing on silks and Dominik, a professional musician, serving as trombone player. Even after moving back to Robinson in 2022, they toured throughout the U.S. with this performance while preaching the gospel. In 2025, the Lord led them to commit fully to local church ministry at 4C’s Church. They joined the staff in October and stepped into the role of Pastors on January 1, 2026.
